SCCR has developed and actively maintains a robust and tailored onboarding program for clinical research staff, specifically, roles in the clinical research coordinator job family. We offer this program to divisions within the Department of Medicine and to the Departments in the School of Medicine. The overall aim is to make new hires feel welcomed, prepared, and supported to perform their clinical research responsibilities in an expedient manner while saving divisions and Departments time and money, adding considerable value to Stanford’s research talent, improving research quality from the beginning, and ensuring participant safety.
